The Classiche Certification Program provides certificates of authenticity to officially attest to the legacy of the Ferrari and uphold its prestige of personal value, as well as global recognition. A certificate of authenticity is available to Ferrari road cars over 20 years of age, Ferrari limited-series cars, and Ferrari competition cars, irrespective of their age.
Continental AutoSports is one of eleven dealers that have this distinction.
In order to receive your certificate of authenticity and Ferrari Officina Classiche seal of approval, Continental will perform an inspection to confirm the following components are of the original specification: chassis, engine, gearbox/transmission, suspension/brakes/wheels, and bodywork/interior. Continental Ferrari will work with the factory on receiving a certificate of authenticity and copy of the original build sheet for your historic Ferrari.
Receiving a certificate of authenticity for your Ferrari vehicle provides documentation which is not only a great addition to any classic Ferrari, but it also provides vital information for buyers if the vehicle is ever sold. The Officina Classiche seal of approval is a confirmation that the Ferrari's restoration has been completed and recognized by Maranello, Italy.
Continental AutoSports has a dedicated area in our service center for the Ferrari Classiche Officina!
Ferrari Classiche has embarked upon a process of improving its assistance service, creating the Ferrari Classiche Workshops network, so as to provide this service at a number of selected workshops around the world, and not just at headquarters.
Like at Maranello, these certification centres are also highly specialised and the owner of a classic Ferrari can request the same operations, from ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to a technical inspection and the drafting of the preparatory documents for certification. Ferraris are universally considered special cars.
This means they deserve special attention in order to preserve their unique distinguishing characteristics. Two key parameters that protect performance, reliability and road safety, are correct maintenance and compliance with Ferrari's strict standards, which can only be met with scheduled maintenance at Maranello and authorised Ferrari Classiche workshops worldwide.
